Return policy:

You may return an item for refund or replacement within 15 days of the shipment date. *Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by a reason for the return. The Peaceful Puddle will ship anywhere in the continental United States and Canada, please email us for details on shipment costs to Canada. For most items, we ship Fed-Ex Ground so you can have your items fast! It is important to verify the ship to and mailing address. We can only ship to the address you provide in the ship to area.
