On Nov. 30th I placed an order for this rain chime box from another online company. Nothing but trouble...customer service a minus 15. They never let me know that the item was on backorder the day I ordered it. After several emails and 3 phone calls, they still couldn't tell me anything...except "don't expect it for Christmas."....well, needless to say, I have cancelled that order. My niece has had this rain chime on her list for the past 5 years and I was so looking forward to giving it to her this year...and now because of your wonderful service, I can.
